Our Application Outsourcing Services reduce your application environment costs while continuously optimizing and innovating. As part of these services, we provide a multi-year contract with SLAs in a managed service environment. We will provide specific enhancements or Application Development projects to augment your application portfolio.

Application Outsourcing is delivered via an annuity-based contract – focused on activities and SLAs as opposed to a project-based activity to deliver specific functionality. Due to the annuity nature of Application Outsourcing contracts, we provide a number of application outsourcing services from requirement analysis to deployment and from deployment to end-of-life. These services can be procured either as a standalone format or as a combination of services in order to provide the required levels of service and support for our clients.
  • Synesis IT will perform an Application Management Scoping Exercise at our own expense to determine what savings you can expect to see
  • Synesis IT will commit both to the cost savings and to improved service levels under a service level agreement
Infrastructure Outsourcing
